..in reading those letters it is very obvious that they
do not know you. I
have known you for over 35 years and NEVER did you or
have you ever caused
any distraction, problem, issues, disagreement,
conflict, argument,
controversy, etc.. NEVER! On the contrary you were
quiet, humble, Christ
like, loving, considerate, friendly, non
confrontational, spiritual and many
more characteristics that make up a wonderful leader
within our church. I
can not believe those three would write those slanderous
letters especially
to another church which, as you stated, violates GOD's
word in the most
horrific way. It scares me to know we have leadership
that carelessly
attempts to not only wreck you, but your family. If the
bible wasn't so
clear on not suing another Christian brother, you would
have my witness,
along with many many against these men...

In reading Ric's letter he said "Over that time period
I have never heard
anyone ever question the character of Bro Mike until
Doug Pittman came
along." What a liar Ric is! Let see what about some
families such as - the
Messer's, Pirkle, Allen's, Houses, Dupree's, Watson's,
Watts, Wills,
Robinsons, Rainwater's, Cowan's, Bryant's, Cox, Howard,
Kelly, Edmondson,
Norton, French, Nantz, and on and on and on.all whom
have left because of
the questionable character of Mike and leadership and
its decisions! Ric
is blinded by the true "wolf in sheep's clothing" at
Prays Mill. And as to
Ric's stating that "church members wish Jarrod would
come back" yea right.
maybe BEFORE the issue of his pornography hit the
memberships knowledge of
this long running incident. He should never step his
foot on Prays Mill
again after what he has put this church through, and
hopefully Ric is on his
way out with him! Please continue with exposing our
horrible inept
leadership and maybe other members will wake up sooner
than later.

.... Jaw dropping messages and the best
one was when he was talking about issues within the
church. I could not believe what I heard coming from the
"evangelist" when talking about other church's
Pornography problems. I know
he has to know about this church's leadership
deficiencies and the porn issues relating to Jarrod,
David, and possibly others (I question SOMEONE'S
INVOLVEMENT since they would not allow the
notebook computer to be checked). Why didn't he mention
these guys in his message and use them as an example?
Maybe he doesn't know about OUR church? I could not
believe he was preaching on a subject that we as a
church know is being swept under the rug and "hoped"
will just go away by the leadership at Pray's Mill. I
was so embarrassed.....

leadership! How we
allow this type of deacon and staff disgusting acts to
continue is beyond
comprehension. How can anyone write a letter to another
church slamming you
Doug and expect us as a church to be in God's will? All
they have done is
destroy our trust in them as leaders and Christ
testimony. Our leadership is
our problem and it is now very evident! Thanks for
revealing and exposing
them for what they are :double-tongued deacons.

...as a member of Pray's Mill it saddens me that our
leadership would attack
you in the ways that they have been doing it for months
and now by sending
the lying letters to Madison St. Doug it is evident your
messages are the
truth. As I have discussed this with several prominent
members here most
everyone here at Pray's Mill believes and agrees with
you. Just to let you
know we are just waiting for him to leave so we may move
on. Many have told
me they only come to church to be with Sunday School
members and friends and
then to go to see the "soap operas" next version in our
church service. Some
have said there is no way they could miss this, it is to
exciting. How sad.
Oh yeah, we are in the process of finding a new church

Hi Doug, I should have
done this a long time ago when I first felt lead to, but
I didn't and I apologize for that. I just need to let
you know what you mean to me. Every time I came to
church as a visitor I saw your smiling face. You were
always excited and outgoing and it meant a lot to me and
my family as we were visiting for a church. You made me
feel at home from the first time I visited Pray's Mill.
Seeing God work thru you was part of what made me know
this was the place God wanted me to serve him. You made
me feel a part of this church from the first time I
visited.... Doug I love you thru Christ, and May God
lead, guide and direct your path all the days of your
life..

circus has finally left town. The only thing missing was
our deacons dressed up as clowns selling peanuts and
popcorn with our leadership leading the way tooting Mike
Everson's horn as "RINGMASTER". What a Mike Everson

two lies already in
his letter. I know for a fact you are not related to
HIM, just his wife and
as your cousin..... and I know our pastor has covered up
many, many issues
here at Prays Mill including his son Jarrod's porn
issue. If you have lied,
Why won't they tell us what you have lied about. All
they say is that
nothing is true. Well that fish story is starting to
stink. We want your
version to be explained in person here at the church, in
conference and with
all present..... I pray for all of your family often and
that you will stay
as sweet as ever..

Doug, I just spoke with ... and I want you to know
that my whole heart
goes out to you and your family. Let me say this:
When ..and I went
through a lot of what you are facing, the Lord was with
us every step of
the way. I often wondered why the Lord did not allow me
this opportunity to
stand up against Mike. I have come to the understanding
that it was not His
will. Remember you must stay in his will and stand firm
with what is right
and you know that is the truth (The Word of God). The
hardest thing I
found I had to do was staying out of the flesh.
I will tell you that I had a conversation with Mike
and Rick (They put
me on speaker phone), In which I do have recorded on
tape. In this
conversation Mike makes statements to me such as "Come
on big boy" at that
point I explain how rude he is. But a big part of the
conversation he admits
to Jarrod's use of pornography and says that Jarrod
repented in the privacy
of his office. I do tell him that I feel he has two sets
of rules one for his
family and one for others.
Doug do not under estimate this man, he is
very...... His only
understanding of any opposition is to TOTALLY destroy
it. Please know that
..and I will have you in our prayers and our home is
always open to you if
